Warrnambool | A City for Living

Neon Christmas Sculptures

14 custom-made, Christmas-themed neon sculptures will light up for the first time on Friday November 27.
The lights were made by Carla O’Brien, the artist behind the wildly popular “Solstice Searching” event in June, which saw neon sculptures placed at popular Warrnambool landmarks.
The lights will become part of Council’s permanent Christmas decoration collection, lighting up the holiday season for many years to come.
You’ll be able to find them in the city centre, mainly on Liebig Street and in the laneways. There’ll also be one up at Cannon Hill.
They will be in place until after New Year’s, so here will be plenty of time to enjoy them.
You’re more than welcome to get your photo taken alongside them, but please don’t touch.
